Our commitment
Dr Syed Hassan is committed to providing high quality, impartial medico-legal reports. If you have a concern about a report or the service provided, we want to hear from you so we can address it promptly.
How to raise a concern
In the first instance, please raise any concern by email to admin@drsyedhassanreports.co.uk. Please include your name, case reference and a clear description of your concern. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two working days and provide a full response within fourteen working days.
MedCo reports
For complaints specifically relating to soft-tissue RTA reports prepared via the Official Injury Claim portal, the formal complaints process is handled through the MedCo portal. Details of the MedCo complaints procedure are available at medco.org.uk.
If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may seek further advice from your instructing solicitor or the relevant regulatory body for your profession.
